Ed Ledford is the Vice President of Business Development of Foresters Financial
Partners. He brings 30 years experience in sales and agency building for insurance and
Investment-oriented firms, Ed’s specialty is assisting producers and marketing organizations in effectively growing their business.
Foresters Financial Partners is a national organization that supports independent financial advisors in the growth and development of their business by providing expert solutions to the planning needs of their clients.
Prior to joining Foresters Financial Partners, Ed was the President of MarketShare Financial®, a national producer group. His prior experiences include a successful career in senior management positions with several major insurance companies directing sales, marketing, business development, recruiting and strategic planning. Ed is a frequent presenter to financial advisors on “How to Build a Great Business” and has been a featured speaker at industry and association meetings.
Ed is a Director of the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants and a member of the LOA Advisory Board. Ed previously served as Vice Chairman for the Indiana Financial Services Foundation for Education and has sat on numerous insurance company and broker dealer field advisory boards. He is a member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals, the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants and NAIFA. A Series 7 and 63 registered representative and is life, accident and health insurance licensed. Ed resides in Carmel, Indiana with his wife Ann and their three children. He enjoys coaching, golf, travel and reading. Designations: CLU and RFC.
